Living with visual impairment has taught me acceptance, grace, and resilience and it’s this same spirit that fuels my passion for guiding women through menopause with self-compassion and strength.
As a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, a proud member of Yoga Alliance Professionals UK, and an educator with over 25 years of experience, I bring both expertise and empathy to every session I lead.
I teach wellbeing workshops at Weston College and in local groups, helping women feel stronger, calmer, more confident and more like themselves again.
