flexible, fit, or experienced to begin.

Many women reach menopause feeling disconnected from their body. You may feel stiffer than before, more anxious, less steady, more tired, or unsure how to move in a way that feels safe and supportive.

And if you have not exercised for a while, or have never done yoga before, joining a class can feel intimidating. Introduction to Menopause Yoga is slow, accessible and supportive. It is not about flexibility, fitness or pushing your body. It is about learning how gentle movement, breathwork and relaxation can help you feel calmer, more grounded and more connected to yourself.
