Free introductory Chair Yoga for adults 18+. Gentle, supportive and beginner-friendly, with no previous yoga experience needed. Thursday 15 October, 4:15–5:15pm at the Garden Room, Lauriston Hotel. Only 8 spaces available. After attending your free introductory session, you’ll receive a £6 discount coupon to use towards either the 4 Session Pass or 6 Session Pass.
