6 classes for the price of 5 — only £45 Available in person in Weston-super-Mare or live online Introduction to Menopause Yoga is a gentle, supportive 6-class course designed especially for mature women transitioning through peri-menopause, menopause and post-menopause. This course gives you time to slow down, reconnect with your body, and learn simple practices that support calm, mobility, comfort and rest. You do not need yoga experience. You do not need to be flexible. You do not need to push through. This is a slow, accessible practice created to meet you where you are. In this 6-class course, you’ll experience: -Breathwork to calm anxiety and the nervous system -Simple breathing practices to help you feel steadier, calmer and more grounded. -Gentle movement to support mobility -Accessible movement to aid mobility, ease discomfort and release tension without pressure or strain. -Relaxation techniques to support rest -Restorative practices to help your body soften, settle and ease into deeper rest. -Gentle yoga for the menopause transition -A nurturing practice created with mature women in mind, supporting comfort, confidence and nervous system calm.
