"Client," "You," and "Your": Refers to the individual or entity using our services.
2. SERVICES
We provide wellbeing programmes and services that support women through peri-menopause, menopause, and post-menopause. This includes, but is not limited to:

Reframing Menopause Workshops – an 8-week online and live programme with workshops, women’s circles, practical tools, and a supportive Facebook community.

Pause to Breathe Sessions: Maintain Your Harmony – weekly online classes offering movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and relaxation.

Menopause Coaching Sessions – a personalised online and live coaching experience designed to help women set goals, implement strategies, and make the shifts needed to reclaim balance, confidence, and wellbeing throughout menopause.
The specific details, timelines, and deliverables of each service will be outlined in a separate agreement, booking confirmation, or service description provided to the client.
3. USER ELIGIBILITY
By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. You warrant that any information provided to us is accurate and up to date.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
Fees and payment terms are specified on our website, in booking details, or in separate agreements. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in loss of access to services.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials created by Rosetta Wellbeing, including but not limited to workshop content, handouts, journaling prompts, and digital resources, remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal purposes only. The client warrants that any content provided to us does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information shared during the business relationship. This includes personal health information, group discussions within workshops or sessions, and any proprietary programme content not publicly available.
7. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Rosetta Wellbeing provides wellbeing support services designed to promote balance, relaxation, and overall wellness. Our services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you have an existing medical condition, are pregnant, or are under medical supervision, you must consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting or continuing any of our sessions or programs.
Rosetta Wellbeing will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages that may arise from the use of our services. Clients are responsible for making informed decisions about their own health and wellbeing.
In the event of any claim, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in dispute.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Rosetta Wellbeing harmless against all claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your use of our services or breach of these Terms.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website or services may contain links to third-party websites or services, which are not under our control. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any linked websites and do not endorse these services.
10. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to update these Terms periodically. Any significant changes will be communicated, and continued use of our services after the changes signifies acceptance of the new Terms.
11. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material obligation and fails to rectify it within a reasonable time. Upon termination, all outstanding fees are payable immediately.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
