Menopause Coaching Sessions

Our personalized online & live coaching sessions are designed to help women reclaim balance, boost confidence, and navigate menopause with ease. Through goal-setting, practical strategies, and ongoing support, you’ll make the shifts needed to feel your best body, mind, and spirit.

Choose the format that works for you:

  •  Personal 1-on-1 Coaching – 3 tailored sessions (1 hour each) designed around your individual needs

  •  Women’s Circle Group – 4 sessions (1 hour 15 minutes each) with up to 10 participants, offering connection, support, and shared growth
     

Both options provide:

  • Expert guidance and personalized strategies

  • Accountability to help you implement lasting lifestyle changes

  • Practical tools to manage symptoms and enhance wellbeing
