The Synergy Course:
8-Week Integrative Menopause Mastery

This 8-week immersive experience blends the best of our Reframing Menopause Workshops with the Menopause Lifestyle Mastery coaching, giving you both structured group learning and personalized guidance. Designed to help you ease menopause symptoms, restore balance, and embrace this life stage with confidence, energy, and clarity.

Our signature weekly online & live classes are designed to help women restore calm, boost energy, and navigate menopause with ease through gentle, nourishing practices.

Join two 1-hour online classes each week, available in morning or evening sessions, where you’ll experience:

 

  • Gentle movement to energize and release tension

  • Breathwork to calm the mind and body

  • Mindfulness practices for clarity and focus

  • Deep relaxation techniques to ease menopause symptoms
     

If you can’t make a live session, you’ll receive a class recording available for 7 days, so you never miss a moment of care.

Our personalized online & live coaching sessions are designed to help women reclaim balance, boost confidence, and navigate menopause with ease. Through goal-setting, practical strategies, and ongoing support, you’ll make the shifts needed to feel your best body, mind, and spirit.

Choose the format that works for you:

  •  Personal 1-on-1 Coaching – 3 tailored sessions (1 hour each) designed around your individual needs

  •  Women’s Circle Group – 4 sessions (1 hour 15 minutes each) with up to 10 participants, offering connection, support, and shared growth. You can join all 4 sessions for £83 and receive a free one-month subscription to our Pause to Breathe sessions (valued at £28), giving you the space to unwind and reconnect each month.
