Supporting Women

At Rosetta Wellbeing, we believe every woman deserves to move through peri-menopause, menopause, and post-menopause with confidence, balance, and support. Too often, these natural transitions are met with confusion, discomfort, and isolation, but it does not have to be that way.

Our founder Jacqueline Fenton Collins, a teaching educator with over 25 years of experience and a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, leads every program with knowledge and care.

She is a proud member of Yoga Alliance Professionals UK, and all of our programs are accredited and approved by the British Menopause Society.

We provide a safe, compassionate space where you can explore gentle yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, and holistic coaching. These practices are designed to ease symptoms, calm the mind, and help you feel at home in your body again.
