All About Hot Stuff & Beyond is a supportive and informative workshop for women in peri-menopause, menopause, and post-menopause who want to better understand their symptoms and feel more confident navigating this stage of life.
Through gentle, accessible yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and holistic coaching, we’ll explore common menopause experiences such as hot flushes, night sweats, mood changes, brain fog, and shifts in confidence. You’ll learn practical tools and lifestyle insights you can start using straight away to support your body and nervous system.
This workshop is suitable for all body sizes and abilities, with no previous yoga experience needed. It also offers a welcoming space to connect with other women in a non-judgmental, supportive community.
