Hot Stuff: Managing Hot Flushes Practical strategies and cooling yoga techniques to reduce discomfort, steady the nervous system, and restore ease in daily life. Ideal for women who feel overwhelmed by unpredictable heat surges and want a sense of control again. Controlling Your Fire: Managing Emotions and Energy Holistic tools to navigate mood swings, irritability, anxiety, and energy dips. Cancellation Policy
All bookings require a valid card on file to confirm your session. Cancellations up to 6 weeks before the session are eligible for a 85% refund, a voucher for the full session value (valid 12 months), or a free reschedule. Cancellations up to 7 days before the session can be rescheduled free of charge or exchanged for a voucher of equal value, valid for 12 months. Cancellations less than 7 days before the session may be rescheduled with a £25 fee. No refunds are available during this period.
